About Atlantic Customer Solutions

About Us

Atlantic was formed in 2005 by Doug Sheperdigian and David Bell with the purpose of improving and transforming customer facing systems and processes on behalf of our clients. We assembled a team of like-minded, senior, experienced individuals and found early that our skills applied very well to the challenges faced by Local Government and Health. Over the last decade, we have put together a track record of advising clients on how to transform and improve in the face of growing demand and shrinking budgets.
